Securely pack your unwashed and unworn jeans in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached.

Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
